HIGH street fashion stores save the day when it comes to selling cheap dupes of our much longed-for designer items.
Whether it’s catwalk-trending coats or must-have stilettos, our faithful shops give us the purse-friendly version we’re all looking for.
A fashion lover recently discovered an almost perfect twin to Gucci’s popular £930 boots and went straight to TikTok to help everyone get their hands on a pair.
Louise Celeste Hale has told women to not walk, but run to their local Zara for a pair of their iconic heeled boots which, at just £59, are priced at over 90% cheaper than the designer option.
Gucci’s eye-wateringly expensive black embellished strapped boots feature a low block heel and a chunky sole, along with elasticated sides and a leather pull loop for easy wear.
Zara’s dupes, according to Louise, look more stylish at a fraction of the price.

“Run to Zara for the Gucci boots,” she urges her followers.
The savvy shopper, who shares her high street clothing hauls and super savings on her TikTok page, captions the clip: “I actually think this silhouette is better than the real Gucci boots.”
Louise’s video shows the outside of her local Zara store, in what appears to be an indoor shopping centre.
She walks straight past the shop’s latest styles, including simple beige shirts, leather-look skirts and sparkly party tops ready for the Christmas season.

Finding the black boots, she shows them off to the camera. They feature a high, square-shaped heel, stretchy Chelsea boot-style elastic sides and a skinny belt secured around the ankle featuring a gold buckle plus white and mustard yellow circular gems.
Louise turns the boots to give viewers the full effect of the boots, which will sit around the lower to mid calf.

Some unconvinced viewers said they’d never dream of wearing that style of boot in their lives, while others said they were far too dated to be fashionable.
“Oh hell no, those used to be in fashion 10 to 15 years ago,” claimed a trend follower. “If you like them, get them. Some of us have seen them, worn them and won't wear them again.”
