Moment Olivia Attwood performs real strip routine in jaw-dropping lingerie for her shock documentary

August 2024 · 5 minute read

OLIVIA Attwood has already out-stripped the competition with her award-winning documentary and she’s outdone herself in series two - as The Sun’s exclusive pictures show.

Yesterday we revealed how the ITV darling performed a proper routine in a strip club to real-life punters in an effort to fully understand what dancers go through in their line of work for her docuseries Getting Filthy Rich.

And the brave former Love Islander looks absolutely stunning while she struts her stuff, wearing a chocolate brown matching underwear set, stockings and suspenders.

In an exclusive chat with The Sun, Olivia said:  “A couple of days before when I got really nervous, I was like I don't know if I could actually do this.

“I had a very hard time with that one, going back and forth. Are people just gonna judge me, are they gonna think this or think that?

“But how can I say that I'm immersed in this world if I don't put my money where my mouth is and I don’t actually strip?

“It was way scarier than I thought it was going to be. To be honest, I think I underestimated how intimidating that would be and then I just had such a huge new found respect for these girls.

“They've got balls to do this day in, day out.”

Olivia learnt how to dance from real strippers and was grilled on her outfit, hair and make-up by a club boss before she took to the stage.

She even had to undertake the ordeal sober.

She said: “I wanted to do some shots. I think I had maybe like a glass of champagne.

“But my producer was like we can't get drunk, that's cheating, because the girls don't really drink - it’s not a piss up, they’re at work, you know?

“I was dancing in a club full of customers, I don't get fully nude obviously but as good as. It was scary.

“I had the club owner - she's quite a force and she runs her club, very strict.

“So she really treated me exactly like she would treat the rest of the girls. Before I went out, she checked my hair, she checked my makeup, she checked the underwear I was wearing.

“She told me she didn't like my shoes! She gave me the full run down.”

Getting Filthy Rich explores different facets of the booming sex economy, this time looking at topics like dominatrixes and sex toys.

Olivia won a prestigious Broadcast Award for series one, where she immersed herself in the world of Only Fans by joining the pay per view site.

Idris: US accent stuck

IDRIS Elba has revealed that he couldn’t shake the American accent he had mastered for his part as Stringer Bell in US crime drama The Wire.

The Brit told the SmartLess podcast: “To come straight from England and jump into an American accent is very difficult.

“I had been living in New York and New Jersey for about four years, auditioning like crazy and never getting the job because my accent was never authentic enough.

“It wasn’t until I really understood and lived the culture I could sort of pull off the accent.

“But then what was crazy about working back in England was I had to do an English accent and play an English character.

“I couldn’t really let go of my Americanisms, and the people in the crew who thought Stringer Bell was American were like, ‘Your English accent’s not bad!’

“I was like, ‘It’s not an accent, man – I’m English!’”
