Australian model Cheyenne Tozzi is baring all for a good cause, posing for a topless photo shoot to raise awareness of sun safety.

The 34-year-old is promoting sunscreen brand Naked Sundays, which on Tuesday released a series of stunning campaign photos.

Cheyenne wore just a pair of jeans, and styled her long blonde hair in loose waves.

'Growing up on Sydney's beaches, sun safety has always been so important to me, and I have instilled that same message in my young daughter,' she said.

She told The Daily Telegraph in February last year that her mother Yvonne's illness was the main reason for coming home. 

Yvonne was diagnosed with bowel cancer and multiple brain tumours, which made her famous daughter reassess her priorities.

'After mum got sick, I didn't care about the industry,' she said.

Cheyenne said she was 'proud' of her decision, as health and family will always come first.

'If you are working overseas and you find out your mum has bowel cancer, you are going home,' she added.

'If you find out she has four brain ­tumours, you are going home.'

Yvonne was also diagnosed with multiple brain tumours in 2013.

The tumours were removed by neurosurgeon Dr Charlie Teo and thankfully Yvonne has since completely recovered.   

Cheyenne entered the modelling world as a child, and landed the cover of Harper's Bazaar at age 13.

The Cronulla-born beauty starred on reality show The Face with Naomi Campbell and Australia's Next Top Model.

She is also a singer and ambassador for the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation.
